聚维酮碘治疗尿道旁腺脓肿10例

摘　　要：目的　探讨应用聚维酮碘溶液局部注射治疗尿道旁腺脓肿的效果。方法　常规消毒后用一次性注射器 ,7号针头在尿道旁腺脓肿下方穿刺 ,抽吸净脓液 (脓液送细菌培养 ) ,再换针筒 ,注入 5 %聚维酮碘溶液冲洗囊腔 2次 ,留置 0 5～ 1ml该药液在囊腔 ,一周后复查 ,若囊肿未消失 ,重复治疗 ,4次治疗未消失为失败。结果　经 1～ 4次治疗 ,9例患者症状消失 ,囊肿消失。随访最短 1年 ,最长 3年均无复发。 1例失败。结论　应用 5 %聚维酮碘溶液局部注射治疗尿道旁腺脓肿效果良好、安全、方便 。Aim To evaluate the effect of local injection of povidone iodine in treating paraurethral gland abscess. Methods After sterilization, we used the number 7 needle to puncture the abscess at the bottom of the cyst, and aspiration of the abscess and povidone iodine lavage were followed, at the end 0 5～1 ml of povidone iodine were remained in the cyst. The treatment was repeated per week but no were than 4 times if the cyst did not heal. Results 9 cases were healed and did not recurred for 1 to 3 years. Conclusion Local injetion of povidone iodine can be used as the treatment of paraurethral gland abscess.
