摘　　要：中国共产党要提高统筹协调能力,就必须克服片面性,必须具有世界眼光,必须结合实际创造性地开展工作,必须积极推进民主。If the comminist party of China wants to improve her capacity to plan and coordinate as a whole,she must overcome onesidedness and have world s ight,must work creatively combined with the realit,must carry out democracy in side the party.
