摘 要:(Y, Gd)BxV1- xO4-x :Eu3 + phosphors were prepared by solid state reaction. The red emission color purity of (Y, Gd)Bx V1 - x O4-x :Eu3 + phosphor is much better than that of the recent widely-used commercial red emitting phosphor (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu3+ and its relative emission intensity is 84% of the commercial phosphor (Y, Gd)BO3 :Eu3+. It is expected that (Y, Gd) Bx V1 -x O4: Eu3 + phosphor will be a promising candidate for PDP (plasma display panels) application.
