摘　　要：指出传统的期刊稿件处理方式基本上靠手工作业,其存在着分散、不及时、不完整和不易检索等问题,不利于工作效率的提高和管理水平的提升。阐述了建立期刊文稿管理信息系统的基本思路,提出了采用基于Windows平台的开发工具VisualBasic6.0和数据库工具SQLServer2000开发面向用户的文稿管理信息系统方案。指出该系统的建立,有利于提高期刊编辑工作的科学管理水平,特别是在期刊刊期逐渐缩短、稿件量激增的情况下,有利于提高编辑部的工作效率。Traditional management of manuscripts is based on handwork,which makes the information of manuscripts separate,unpunctual, incomplete and hard to retrieve,so it is really detrimental to the promotion of the work efficiency and the management level. In this paper,the basic idea of establishing the information system for journal's manuscript management is described,and Visual Basic 6.0 based on Windows and the user-oriented database SQL Server2000 are adopted to establish such information system. It is pointed out that the establishment of the system is beneficial to the promotion of the scientific management level of editorial work and the work efficiency of the editorial department, especially under the circumstances that the cycle of publication has been shortened and the amounts of contribution have increased dramatically.
