摘　　要：介绍了ISO10360-2(工作草稿13B,2004)的主要内容。提出探测轴探针针头零偏置长度的校准测试长度的示值误差E0应不超过最大允许校准测试长度的示值误差MPEE0,且不应超过测头误差的1/3;E0的重复性误差R不应超过最大允许重复性误差MPER,且不应超过测头的重复性误差。建议验收校准测量数据超差剔除后,必须在相应位置重复测量5次以上,以减小误判的可能性。The primary content of ISO10360-2(draft 13B, 2004) is introduced in this paper,and several suggestions are proposed. It is pointed out that the error of indication E_0 for the calibrated test length which are measured when the offset length between the ram axis and the stylus tip is zero shall neither exceed the maximum permissible error MPE_(E0) nor exceed 1/3 of the probe error,that the repeatability of E_0 shall neither exceed the maximum permissible error　MPE_R　nor exceed the repeatability error of the probe,and that if the measuring data is rejected in acceptance and reverification,measurement must be carried at least 5 times at the same position for reducing the possibility of misjudgement.
