摘　　要：建立与社会主义法律规范相协调的思想道德体系,必须了解社会主义法律规范与社会主义道德规范的异同,并把握社会主义法律规范和道德规范之间的辩证关系,即社会主义法律规范是社会主义道德规范的有力保证,社会主义道德规范是社会主义法律规范得以实施的重要条件,在此基础上与时俱进,构建社会主义法律规范与社会主义道德规范相协调的社会规范体系。To build an ideological ethics system coordinated with socialist legal standards , we must elaborate the differences and similarities between socialist legal standards and socialist ethics standards, master their dialectical relations. Socialist legal standards are a solid guarantee to socialist ethics standards ,while socialist ethics standards are an important condition for exercising socialist legal standards ,based on which a socialist standard mechanism of socialist legal standards coordinated with socialist ethics standards can be built.
