豫南地区猪链球菌兰氏分群研究

摘　　要：随着养猪业的不断发展,各种血清型链球菌也相继出现于各养殖场。自2000年至今,我们从豫南地区送检病料中分离了20株链球菌.依据兰氏分群原理,做了一系列生化实验,结果表明:兰氏C群15株,占75%,兰氏D群3株,占15%,其它占10%,其结果与许多研究报告结果一致。With the continuous development of pig-raising industry,all sorts of serotype streptococcus have turned up throughout almost every raising place.We has succeeded in separating 20 kinds of streptococci from infected meterials handed in from southen part of Henan Province since 2000.According to lancefield grouping principle and a series of biochemical experiments,the experiment indicated that the number of group C of lancefield 15,accounted for 75%,and group D accounted for 15%,and the rest accounted for 10%.The conclusion is in accordance with many other reports .
