摘　　要：运用垂直原则或根据防守队员是否建立了防守位置和双方接触情况,认定持球撞人与防守犯规。In basketball competition, with the application of perpendicular principle or by the analysis of the defending position established by the other team's defending memberand the circumstance of both parties' team member's body touch ,we can judge if it is to bump the other with the ball or if the defending member violates the rules.
