条形码及其标本档案管理系统的建立和应用

摘　　要：目的通过条形码及其标本档案管理系统的建立,实施对出入境人员的标本和健康档案进行电子管理。方法数据库采用 MICORSOFT SQL server 2000,进行后台数据库管理,开发工具采用 SYSBASE 公司的 POWER BUILDER 8.0作为客户端开发工具,研究开发出条形码及其标本档案管理系统软件应用于标本的管理。结果上海国际旅行卫生保健中心利用条形码及其标本档案管理系统软件对 HIV 血清库和核酸样品库进行管理,结果可行,运行可靠,推广应用到对出入境人员的标本和健康档案进行管理,提高了工作效率和管理水平。结论条形码及其标本档案管理系统的建立和应用对样本的科学化管理研究及建立网络化的管理体系具有重要的应用价值。Object To manage electronically the serum samples and healthy files of CIQ by the of the bar codes and the records managing system. Methods By using MICORSOFT SQL server 2000,which going on as a background date base manager and using the POWER BUILDER 8.0 of SYSBASE company as clients' developed tools.Bar codes and records managing system was studied and developed to apply for the management of serum samples. Result the bar code and the records managing system was made good and feasible use for HIV serum and nucleic acid bank by Shanghai international travel heahhcare center,it was applied to the serum samples and healthy files of CIQ,which can improve working efficiency and managerial level. Conclusion The establishment of the bar codes and the records managing system is of great value to the scientific manage research of samples andinternet automationmanaging system.
