国际旅行人员行为疾病与行为干预对策的研究

摘　　要：目的引导国际旅行人员改变危险行为和不良生活习惯,采纳有利于健康的行为。方法运用医学检查、流行病学调查、心理咨询等方法,对出入汕头口岸国际旅行人员的健康状况进行调查。结果不良行为因素对国际旅行人员健康的危害及疾病的发生关系密切,并呈严重趋势。结论在旅行者疾病的预防和控制中必须引入健康行为学的理论和方法,在确定行为与相关疾病的关系并描述行为的流行特征、分析健康行为的形成因素的基础上,根据行为改变的理论与方法对行为实施综合干预,最终目的是使国际旅行人员改变不利于健康的行为,采纳有利于健康的行为,从而达到预防和控制行为疾病的发生与流行。Objective To lead Entry-Exit travelers to change dangerous behaviors and bad living custom,adopt be- haviors good for health. Method Adopt methods such as:medical examine,epidemiology investigation,psychological consultation and so on to investigate into the healthy status among international travelers at Shantou port. Results Behavior diseases resulted from bad behavior factors had close relationship with harm to the health of international travelers,and took on a grave trend. Conclusion We should introduce theories and means of healthy behavior science to prevent and control diseases of travelers,confirm the relation between behaviors and related diseases,moreover describe popular characters of behaviors,analyze the form factors of healthy behaviors.We should carry out comprehensive in- terference on the basis of methods and theories of behavior changes.The final aims were to make international travelers to change unhealthy behaviors,adopt healthy behaviors,accordingly prevent and control diseases from occurring and prevailing.
