肿瘤科临床护士抑郁障碍及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤科临床护士抑郁障碍状况及相关因素。方法应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和护士职业压力源量表对213名肿瘤科临床护士进行调查。结果护士抑郁反应率28.2%;SDS标准分均值(44.96±9.69)明显高于国内常模(P<0.01);抑郁情感状态与职业压力的相关分析显示高度正相关(P<0.01)。结论护士抑郁情感反应与职业压力密切相关,二变量随着年资的增长有增高趋势,应引起护理管理者重视。Objective To investigate the status of depression of clinic al nurses in tumor sections and its correlative factors. Method Data were colle cted from 213 clinical nurses using Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Job S tressors Scale for Nurses. Results The incidence of depression in nurses was 28 .2%; the average SDS score (44.96±9.69) was significantly higher than the gross level (P < 0.01). The correlative analysis showed that the status of depression was significantly related with job stressors (P < 0.01).Conclusion Depression of nurses is closely related with job stress and two variables tend to increase with the length of service. It certainly calls for considerable attention of adm inistrators.
