摘　　要：目的探讨电视纵隔镜在行胸交感神经链切断术中的应用。方法采用电视纵隔镜对45例手汗症病人进行治疗与护理,主要针对做好术前器械物品、病人及护理人员准备,以提高手术配合质量,缩短手术时间。结果45例手汗症病人均在电视纵隔镜下完成手术,术后病人手汗症状立即消失。结论电视纵隔镜行胸交感神经链切断术是一种有效、安全、微创治疗手汗症和腋窝多汗的方法,辅以护理人员的精心护理及手术配合,能有效地缓解病人的症状。Objective To investigate the effect of thoracic sympathecto my under the guidance of mediastinoscopy. Methods Forty-five patients with pal mar hyperhidrosis were included in our study. The main measure is to prepare for the appliance of operation and improve the coordinance among patients, nurses a nd surgeons. The duration of operation and the quality of coordinance were obser ved. Results Forty-five cases were successfully performed with mediastinoscopy. The symptom disappeared in-stantly after operation. Conclusion thoracic sympath ectomy with midiastinoscopy is an effective, safe and micro-invasive treatment f or palmar hyperhidosis.
