摘 要:目的探讨指导患者肠造口的护理方法。方法2003年3~7月对57例肠造口患者进行了分阶段健康指导,具体为手术前确立造口护理学习目标,建立造口护理病历,帮助患者认识造口;术后通过示范、参与、回示、认购、建议的阶段学习和个性化的指导,使患者掌握造口护理。结果术后7~15d,除3例高龄和2例精神状况较差的患者外,其余都能够自理造口。结论护士熟练掌握造口专科护理知识,有利于满足造口患者康复的需要;个性化、分阶段的造口护理知识的指导,容易树立患者造口护理的信心,促进患者尽快适应有造口的生活。Objective To find out the ways to teach patients themselves to take care of stoma. Methods During March to July in 2003, 57 patients with stoma received health education through different phases, including setting the aim of preoperative stoma care, establishing the medical record of stoma care, h elping patients to know what a stoma is,and teaching patients themselves to take care of stoma. The education was conducted step by step and individual directio n was performed by a series of postoperative procedures, including demonstration , participation, re-demonstration, purchase, and suggestion. Result All patient s, except 3 aged and 2 malnourished patients, had the ability to take care of st oma. Conclusions It can help to meet the requirements of the patients' recover y that the nurses know more about therapy nursing practices. Individual and step-by-step direction of stoma care is beneficial to growth of patients' confidenc e and adapt them to new life as soon as possible .
