异丙酚静脉麻醉实施人工流产术的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉实施人工流产的效果及护理方法。方法2002年8月～2003年6月收治了200例孕妇,在实施人工流产手术时,给予异丙酚静脉麻醉并设为观察组,同期选取与观察组相匹配的200例不使用任何镇痛药施术的孕妇作为对照组,分别对两组的镇痛效果及术中阴道流血量等作比较。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为100%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01);术中阴道流血量及术后并发症等,两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产术不但可减轻孕妇术中疼痛,而且可减轻孕妇紧张、焦虑的情绪。Objective To study the effect of artificial abortion and nu rsing under the intravenous anesthesia by propofol. Methods Two hundred cases w ere performed abortion under the intravenous anesthesia by propofol from August 2002 to June 2003. Pain control and vaginal bleeding were analyzed and compared with other 200 cases who were performed abortion without propofol anesthesia in the same period. Results The effective rates of pain control in propofol group and non-propofol group were 100% (200/200) and 30% (60/200) respectively. There was significant difference between them (P < 0.01). There was no significant dif ference in vaginal bleeding between them. Conclusion Abortion with propofol ane sthesia can mitigate pain and alleviate the feeling of panic and anxiety.
