邓小平农业思想对解决“三农”问题的启示

摘　　要：邓小平的农业思想是邓小平从我国实际情况出发,提出的关于农业、农村和农民问题的思想。邓小平始终把“三农”问题放到我国经济和社会发展的战略高度来加以认识,认为农业是国民经济发展的基础,农村稳定是国家稳定的前提,农民生活的改善是社会主义优越性的体现。并强调发展农业必须调动农民的积极性和遵循农业自身发展的基本规律,并在此基础上进行一系列的体制和制度创新,才能彻底解决“三农”问题。这些思想对我们今天进一步发展农业,稳定农村,增加农民收入都具有重要的现实意义。Deng Xiaoping’s agricultural thoughts are based on our nation’s actual condition about the relationship between agriculture,village and peasant.Deng Xiao—ping always thought that the settling of the “three—agri”problem was of vital importance to the development of our society and economy.He believed that agriculture is the foundation of a nation’s economy growth,that a stable situation in villages is priority to the stability of a country,and that the improvement of their living condition embodies our socialist superiority.And he emphasized that to develop agriculture,we must mo-bilize the initiatives of the peasants and follow the natural law of agricultural development.From these bases,he brought forth a series of new systems to settle the problems of the“three—agri”.His thoughts are of significance to agricultural development,rural stability,and the increase of peasants’income.
