摘　　要：本文就当前国内各城市申报的轨道交通建设规划内容,详尽地提出了文本编制提纲;介绍了在评估工作中所把握的原则与重点;结合当前城轨交通规划存在问题,有针对性地提出建议。The article puts forward the outline of construction plan prepared by domestic cities applying for mass rail transit construction. It introduces the principle and key points to be focused in appraisal process, gives advices aiming at the problems existing in present construction plan of mass rail transit system.
