摘  要:盘 2 - 33断块为常规稠油油藏 ,已进入高含水开发期 ,水驱稳产难度大 ,根据微生物生长、代谢的地层条件 ,该块适合微生物驱油。针对油藏地质特点 ,进行了微生物驱油室内试验研究 ,包括菌种筛选、菌种适应性、物理模拟菌液驱油及空气辅助试验。结果表明 ,细菌在地层中有较强的生长及繁殖能力 ,经优选的微生物作用后 ,原油被乳化 ,原油粘度降低 ,采收率大幅度提高。于是进行了现场施工设计 ,包括注入周期、注入量等 ,实施后效果明显 ,产油量上升 ,含水率下降 ,采收率提高 6.8%。Pan2-33 fault block reservoir is a routine heavy oil reservoir. It has been at the stage of high water cut already and it is difficult to maintain steady oil production during water-flooding stage. Microorganism flooding is available for this block because stratum conditions in this block are suitable for the metabolism of microorganism. As for the geological characteristic of oil reservoir, the indoor experimental study of microorganism was carried, including the screening of the bacterial, adaptability of the bacterial, physical analogy fungus liquid flooding and auxiliary experiments of air. The result indicates that the bacterium in the stratums would be in a state of strong growth and reproduction. Oil is emulsified, oil viscidity is reduced and oil recovery is improved a lot. We have carried on the on-the-spot detail design, including injecting cycle, injecting volume, etc. The result is obvious after implements, daily oil production was improved and water cut was reduced, oil recovery was raised by 6.8 percentage points.
