摘  要: 针对渤南油田含油层系多、主力单层厚度大、平面上迭合连片、原油性质好、埋藏深 ,渗透性差、自然能量和吸水能力低等特点 ,评价了渤南油田酸化中铁离子二次沉淀、酸化淤渣产生量、防膨剂和助排剂的作用、酸液导致润湿反转的程度、酸液 (乏酸 )对原有的乳化作用等 ,在此基础上筛选了适合渤南油田的铁离子稳定剂、防酸化淤渣剂、粘土防膨剂、助排剂、润湿反转剂 (互溶剂 )和防乳破乳剂 ,并评价了各添加剂在酸化中的作用 ,为同类型低渗透油藏的开发提供了科学依据。It had been found that Bonan Oilfield had many characteristics, such as many oil-bearing series,high thickness of main producing single layer, connecting as a whole on plane, good property of crude oil, high depth of burial, poor penetrability, low natural energy and water absorbing capability. Aimed at the above characteristics, a series of evaluation work was completed in acidizing of Bonan Oilfield, including secondary precipitation of iron ion, acid sludge formation quantity, effect of anti-clay-swelling agent and cleanup additive, extent of wettability reversion induced by acid liquor, emulsification effect of acid liquor(spent acid) to crude oil.On this basis, various additives suitable for Bonan Oilfield was optimised, including ferric ion stabilizing agent, anti-sludging agent, anti-clay-swelling agent, cleanup additive, wettability reversal agent(mutual solvent), non-emulsifier and demulsifier. Also the performance of these additives in acidizing was studied, which provided scientific basis for the development of similar low permeability reservoirs.
