摘  要:合成了两种阳离子聚合物防膨抑砂剂 ,对其防膨和抑砂性能进行了评价 ,并与油田常用的一些防膨抑砂剂进行了对比 ,结果表明产物具有较好的防膨和抑砂性能。研究了石英砂粒径和驱动介质粘度对产物性能的影响 ,研究结果表明 :当石英砂粒径大于 0 3mm、驱动介质粘度大于 5 0mPa·s时 ,合成产物基本失去抑砂能力。Two kinds of cation polymer anti-swelling agents/sand controllers were prepared,and their anti-swelling and sand controlling performance were studied compared with common anti-swelling agents/sand controllers applied in oil field,the results suggested that the production possessed relatively good anti-swelling and sand controlling performance.At the same time,the effect on its performance of sand partiial-size and flooding medium viscousity were studied also,the results suggested that,when sand partical-size was bigger than 0 3mm,flooding medium viscousity was higher than 50mPa·s, the production prepared in this article nearly losed its sand controlling performance.
