摘　　要：FTY720是一种来源于冬虫夏草的新型药物,通过诱导淋巴细胞凋亡和归巢而表现出良好的免疫抑制效果。 同时,FTY720还能够诱导肿瘤细胞生长停滞和凋亡,抑制肿瘤的转移。本文综述了FTY720双重作用机制的研究进展。FTY720 is a synthetic compound derived from a metabolite of Isaria sinclairii. The FTY720 can selectively induce apoptosis and homing of naive lymphocytes, which is considered to be its major mechanisms of preventing graft rejection in various animal allotransplan-tation models. And also, FTY720 exerts its antitumor activity by inducing multiform tumor cell lines apoptosis in a Bcl-2-dependent manner and prevents tumor metastasis. The recent progresses in double action of FTY720 are reviewed and summarized in this article.
