尿液采样器尿液载体临床应用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究新型多功能定量尿液采样器的尿液载体对尿液中的有形成分有无物理吸附和过滤作用 ,对尿化学检验有无干扰。方法 :用新型多功能定量尿液采样器采集的尿液标本与目前临床检验用的尿杯所采集的尿液标本进行尿液常规检验对比分析。结果 :对比结果显示 :两种采样的标本对尿液中的有形成检验结果比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;尿化学检验比较也无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。尿液HCG对照检测也无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :新型多功能尿液采样器完全可以取代尿杯应用于尿液常规、尿沉渣检验以及尿液HCG和尿淀粉酶的检测。由于新型尿液采样器能做到采样、送检和检验全程无污染 ,能有效防止院内交叉感染、保护检验人员、医护人员和病人的健康 ,完全杜绝使用尿杯采样易造成严重污染的途径 。Objective: To study if new multi-functionquantitative urine carrier of urine container have function of absorption and filtration to sediment and disturb chemical urinalysis. Method: We make routine urinalysis to contrast urine samples collected in new urine container to in present urine container. Result: Contrast show : there are no difference between urine samples collected in two different container while we examine sediment . make routine urinalysis and HCG test. Conclusion : Present container can be completely replaced by new urine container to test routine urinalysis , urine sediment and HCG .because process of sampling ,transferring sample and testing are no pollution , it can prevent technicians , nurses and patients from infection mutually .It is necessary to introduce new urine container to clinical medicine.
