摘　　要：针对某计算机模块的测试要求,组建及开发了基于VXI总线系统的某计算机模块测试设备和其测试系统软件。该测试设备的研制对实现某计算机模块大批量生产的快速检测,及对返修模块的故障定位提供了有利的工具,同时由于VXI测试平台的开放性、可扩展性,用户根据自己需要可开发不同的系统测试软件,提高了测试设备的通用性。For the test requirement of a computer module, the paper designs and implements a kind of test equipment and software based on VXI platform. On the one hand, this equipment can diagnose computer modules rapidly on a large scale, especially for those returned for fault; on the other hand, owing to VXI platform's expansibility, customers can develop their own program to meet other test requirements.
