摘　　要：新的发展形势对医学教育提出了培养高素质创新人才的要求.坚持以人为本,转变教育观念、深化教学改革、提高教师素质、开展创新实践活动有利于提高医学生的创新能力.The new situation brings the new demand to medical education for devel oping talents with high quality and innovative ability. Making people the center , changing educational concept, deepening educational reform, improving teachers ’ quality and conducting innovation-oriented activities will be beneficial to the improvement of medical students’ innovative ability.
