摘  要:从新疆五家渠、哈密、喀什哈密瓜产区分别采集炭腐病菌株 ,进行分离、纯化。根据病菌的形态特征、培养性状和致病性测定将其鉴定为菜豆壳球孢〔Macrophominaphaseolina〕。该菌在PDA、PSA和菜豆培养基上生长最快 ,能产生大量的微菌核。而在含有寄主成分的培养基上则生长较差。菌丝在pH 3~ 10均能生长 ,pH 5~ 7生长最宜 ;在15~ 37℃范围内均可生长 ,生长的最适温度为 2 8~ 37℃。The samples of charcoal rot from Wujiaqu Hami and Kashi in Xinjiang were collected,isolated and purificated.After following pathogen identification morphological characters ,cultural character and pathogenicity test,the pathogen was identified as .Macrophomina phaseolina.The fungi can grow best and produce the greatest microsclerotia on PDA,PSA and bean mediums.But its growth speed was slower on including melon component medium.For growth of this fungi ,the pH range was 3~10,the optium was 5~7.The range of temperature and optium were 15~37℃,28~37℃,respectively.
