龙眼无感染鬼帚病毒苗木的培育 I无病毒母株的获得与建园种植

摘　　要：本文报道龙眼无感染鬼帚病毒苗木培育研究中的部分结果。从我省新选育的优质、丰产、外表健康的“立冬本”、“水南 1号”、“青壳宝园”、单株采穗、嫁接 ,通过热处理和定期观察与抗血清检测相结合方法 ,获得首批不带LWBV的母株 4 5株 ,扩繁 171株 ,在远离龙眼产地的纯稻区建立可用于培育龙眼无毒苗的采穗、取种母本园。经 8年观察 ,母树生长正常 ,无出现鬼帚病状 ;并开始挂果 ,保持原品种母树的优良性状。Partial results on cultivation of longan seedings without witches' broom virus were reported. Healthy excellent individuals of “Lidongben”,“Shuinan NO 1”,“Qingkebaoyuan”with high yield were selected in Fujian province for scion collecting and grafting. Fourty-five maternal plants without witches' broom virus were firstly obtained by combination heat treatment and periodical observation with anti-serum detection and 171 plants were gained by grafting.Maternal orchard for cultivating virus-free plants to provide scions and seeds was established in purely planting area of rice far from zones of longan production. Maternal plants have grown regularly and no symbols of witches' broom virus disease have found for 8 years,and begin bearing fruits with excellent characters of original maternal plants.
