摘  要:介绍了聚氨酯涂料中游离二异氰酸酯单体含量超标和单体分离方法研究现状,并指出单体含量超标是制约聚氨酯涂料发展的关键问题。因刮板刮动物料作用,薄膜蒸发法具有停留时间短、蒸发温度低及能处理高黏性预聚物物料等特点,是较好的单体分离方法。采用减压蒸馏与内冷式刮膜薄膜蒸发联用的工艺路线,单体分离效果好,最终残余单体的质量分数可降低到0.5%以下。建议国内涂料界制订严格的单体控制标准,开发单体快速检测方法,并加强技术开发与合作攻克薄膜蒸发法降低游离二异氰酸酯单体含量这一技术难题。Present situation of content overproof and separation methods of free diisecyanate monomers of poly-urethane coatings were described.Overproof of monomer content is the key problem that restricts poly-urethane coatings' development. With the action of blades' wiping,thin-film evaporation method is characterized by short residence time,low evaporation temper- ature and ability to deal with high viscous pre-polymer,and suitable for monomer's separation.The technical process which combines vacuum distillation with thin-film evaporation has good effect of monomer separation,and the residual content of monomer can decrease to 0.5 %.And it is suggested that the coating industry set strict standards of monomer controlling,devel- op quick check and measuring methods,and enhance the technical development and cooperation to solve the problem for de- creasing the monomer content.
