端粒酶活性在诊断神经胶质瘤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨端粒酶活性在胶质瘤中的表达。方法采用端粒酶重复序列扩增-聚合酶链反应(PCR-TRAP)方法检测胶质瘤病例67例,其中Ⅱ级组30例,阳性8例(26.7％);Ⅲ级组16例,阳性11例(68.7％);Ⅳ级21例,阳性17例(80.9％)。结果67例胶质瘤中36例(53.7％)端粒酶活性阳性表达。阳性率随肿瘤级别增高而增(P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤瘤细胞端粒酶活性表达与病理分级密切相关,阳性率随肿瘤级别增加而增高。Object To explore the expression of telomerase activity in Slioma tissues.Methods Telomerase repetition amplification protocol was used to detect telomerase activity in 67 samples of glioma tissues.Results In 67 samples of glioma tissues 36 samples(53.7% ) was positive expression in which telomerase positive was detected in 8 of 30 Ⅱ grade samples (positive rate 26.7%),11 of 16 Ⅲ grade samples (68.7% )and 17 of 21 Ⅳ grade samples (80.9%).The telomerase positive rate was associated with the grade of tumor ( P < 0.05) Conclusion The telomerase activity is closely related with the pathological grade of glioma.
