注射吸毒人群传播艾滋病危险行为监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 了解注射吸毒人群传播艾滋病危险行为现状,以采取针对性干预措施。降低感染和传播艾滋病危险性。方法 对南充市顺庆城区注射吸毒人群按《综合监测方案》要求组织实施监测。结果 实施行为学监测的364名注射吸毒者中,平均年龄32.22岁,吸毒史长者18.5年,短者27天,初中文化以上者占77.75％,吸食频率在1次／天以上者占82.14％,最后一次和最近6个月共用针具率分别为13.74％和21.70％。共用针具吸毒不用消毒剂清洗令人担忧,吸毒者与固定、非固定及所有客人／暗娼发生性行为时安全套使用率分别为16.86％、21.43％和45.45％。女性吸毒者用性换取金钱或毒品(13.92％)明显高于男性用金钱或毒品换取性行为(3.86％)。吸毒人群中商业性行为的发生、传播"桥梁"的形成,加速艾滋病在人群中传播与流行。结论在吸毒人群中开展了健康教育,行为干预(针具交换、安全套促进)势在必行。亦是减少和降低艾滋病感染和传播的有效措施。objective to acquaint the actual situation of AIDS transmission for IDUs and take some pointed countermeasures to reduce the risk of AIDS transmission and infection.Method a surveillance has been carried out for IDUs in Shunqing,Nanchong according to 'comprehensive surveillance schedule'.Result among 364 IDUs including in behavior surveillance,the average age is 32.22,and the oldest and youngest are 48 and 16 respectively,the history of drug-taking fluctuated from 18.5 years to 27 days,77.75 per cent of the total are above junior high school.82.14 per cent of the total take drug over one time per day.The frequency of sharing needle are 13.74% and 21.70% in the last time and in recent six months respectively.And the situation of sharing needle which are not clean with antiseptic is serous.The rate of condom using are 56.86%,21.43% and 45.45% when having sex with regular,irregular and guest/ prostitution,there is an obvious difference between the rate of exchanging sex with money or drug for female(13.92% ) and the rate of exchanging money or drug with sex for male(3.86%),a bridge has come into being because of commercial sexual behavior a-mong IDUs which accelerated the transmission and prevalence of AIDS,conclusion health education and behavior intervention such as needle exchange and condoms promotion are imperative under situation to cut down AIDS infection and transmission.
