AHP和模糊数学理论在装备科研项目评审中的应用

摘　　要：针对目前作为科研基地的技术院校、研究所等科研单位在装备科研项目评审中存在工作效率低、工作质量不高的特点。分析了装备科研项目评审指标,建立了装备科研项目评审指标体系,并运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊数学理论建立了装备科研项目评审模型。为装备科研项目的评审决策提供了理论依据,对推动装备科研项目评审的正规化建设具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the current the scientific research bases,the graduate schools and other scientific research unites which at the aspect of equipment scientific research item accrediting existing characteristics of low in the efficency and not nign in the quantity in work,Analyzing the index of equipment scientific research item accrediting and establishing the index system of equipment scientific research item and the model of equipment scientific research item accrediting by applying AHP and Fuzzy Mathematics Theory.It made the basis in advance for the accrediting of equipment scientific research item.It has instructional meaning to improve the normalization building of equipment scientific research item accrediting.
