摘　　要：结合电信业务和组件GIS技术,设计并实现了一个基站管理系统。在集成信息的基础上,结合空间分析和模型,优化电信基站网络,使基站网络建设决策更加科学化。该系统应用3层模式,客户端和中间层使用Delphi开发,数据库使用SQLServer2000,基于Mapinfo的MapX组件,实现空间数据的可视化.By combining with telecom business and component GIS technology, a management system for a base station is studied, designed and realized. On the basis of information integration and by combining spatial analysis and model analysis, the service of personal handphone system(PHS)'s network is optimized and the construction strategy of the station is made to be scientific. The system is realized with three-layers mode. Client end and middle layers are with Delphi, the database is with SQL Server2000 and the spatial data visualization is with MapX component of Mapinfo.
