摘　　要：潜艇模块化设计与建造是对传统设计与建造方法的变革。本文从分析国外 ,尤其是美国的发展概况出发 ,简要指出国内目前的发展现状与不足之处 。The modular design and building of submarine is a vitally important innovation in the conventional design and building methods. By analyzing other countries' developing situation of modular design and building of submarine, especially American's, and our country's present condition with deficient in the new design and building methods, this paper discussed a new way of development about the implementation phases of the modular design and building technology in our country.
