摘　　要：给出了五轴联动数控加工中环形刀具扫掠轮廓线的表达式,分析了扫掠轮廓线在刀具曲面不同部分的几何特性。所用的计算方法高效精确,并可进一步推广到任意形状的刀具在不同形式的数控机床上扫掠轮廓线的计算和分析。A method is presented in this paper to obtain an explicit representation of the swept profile in 5-axis NC machining with a torus end-mill cutter. The geometric characterization of the swept profile is fully analysed on the different portions of the cutter surface. The method is efficient and precise, and can be extended to evaluate the profile on the other types of machines with different shapes of cutters.
