摘　　要：科技中介机构已成为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,在促进技术转化中发挥着巨大的作用。本文在分析我国科技中介机构的现状和存在的问题的同时,提出一些建议,即在市场化的前提下,通过完善国家管理机制和机构自身建设等来完成发展我国科技中介机构的目的。The science and technology agency has been an important component of the national innovation system,which plays a very important role in accelerating technology transform. This paper puts forward some suggestions that can improve country administration mechanism and strengthen management of agency construction to promote the development of Chinese agency of science and technology with market economy in China while analyzing the situation and problems of science and technology agency in China and, with the market economy as a precondition.
