摘　　要：双极珍珠面人工股骨头双动头金属杯专用夹具的设计,是筒式可胀心轴夹具的典型例子,在此基础上,它又利用外球面夹具头对薄壁球形工件进行球面定位,避免了薄壁工件的加工变形,确保了加工中圆度公差的要求,具有一定的参考价值。A special fixture for the manufacturing of the 2-dimensional metal cup with a bipolar pearl surface on an artificial femur is designed using a typical cylindrical expansible spindle. Spherical positioning is applied on the thin-walled spherical work-piece using spherical fixture parts . Great distortion of the thin-walled work piece under processing is avoided .Thus ensure the circularity tolerances , It has a certain reference value.
