摘 要:概述了原油破乳剂的种类及研制进展情况 ,介绍了聚醚类和非聚醚类破乳剂的合成方法。聚醚类破乳剂的醇类起始剂有丙二醇、甘油或多元醇。以酚醛树脂、多乙烯多胺、胍胶和高碳醇为起始剂也能合成醚类破乳剂。非聚醚类破乳剂中重点介绍了星型聚合物型和阳离子有机胺酯型破乳剂的合成。原油破乳剂复配也是破乳剂研制的重要方面 ,给出了二元和三元破乳剂复配实例。This paper reviews the types and development status of demulsifiers for crude oil, The chemical structure and synthesis method of polyether and non-polyether demulsifiers were stated. Propylene glycol, glycerin, polyalcohol can be used as starting substances of polyether demulsifiers.Some other kinds of starting substances can also be selected for polyether synthesis, such as phenolic aldehyde resin, polyethylene polyamine, guar gum, polyethylene polyamine and high-carbon alcohol. Starburst polymer and cationic organic aminoester demulsifiers is presented as non-polyether demulsifiers. The combination of demulsifyers is important in demulsifier studies, and two or three component combinations of demulsifyers are introduced in this paper.
