摘　　要：目的 :调查一起家庭聚集性非菌性腹泻病原、传播途径、临床表现以及病原学特性 .方法 :感染者腹泻粪便及其可疑食物采用RT PCR方法检测 ,并测序 .结果 :患儿、患儿父亲、患儿外公粪便标本及蟹肉标本均扩增出NLVs目的片断 ,测序分析表明该四份标本同源性为 1 0 0 % .结论 :证实该起家庭聚集性非菌性腹泻为诺瓦克样病毒感染所致 ,并在食物中检测到诺瓦克样病毒 。AIM: To investigate the pathogeny, transmission route, clinical symptom and the pathogenesis of a family cluster non bacterial diarrhea. METHODS: Stool specimens and suspicious food were detected by RT PCR and blasted with GenBank. RESULTS: The Norwalk like virus (NLVs) was detected from the stool specimens of the child, father, grandfather and the specimen of crab, and the homologous was 100%. CONCLUSION: The family cluster non bacterial diarrhea is confirmed as a family cluster of NLVs infection. NLVs are detected in food, which is rarely reported in our country.
