护理干预对门诊残障病人焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的帮助残障病人克服心理障碍、身理缺陷 ,提高其生活质量。方法对 4 6例门诊残障病人通过问卷调查进行心理状态及生活质量评估 ,并针对性地采取疾病相关知识宣教、心理护理干预。结果护理干预后病人中、重度焦虑、抑郁明显缓解 ,由干预前的 84 .8%、82 .6 %降至 5 4 .3%、5 2 .2 % (均P <0 .0 1) ,生活质量相关问题得分低于干预前 ,症状特征、社会支持、与医务人员关系均有所改善 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论开展心理护理、健康教育活动 。Objective To help patients with physical disabilities to overcome mental and physical problems and improve life quality. Methods Forty-six outpatients were investigated for their mental status and evaluated for life quality. On the basis of the data obtained, relevant information and psychological interventions were given. Results After the nursing intervention, severe anxiety, depression in the patients were substantially relieved, with the incidence reduced to 54.3% and 52.2% , against the incidence of 84.8% and 82.6% before the intervention (all P<0.01). The life-quality related scores before the intervention were lower than those before the intervention. The symptoms, social support, rapport with medical workers were all improved after the nursing intervention (all P<0.05).Conclusions Mental care, health education are important measures to improve the life quality of patients with physical disabilities.
