中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药结合斯奇康注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及护理方法。方法将 6 0例尖锐湿疣 (CA)病人随机分为观察组和对照组 ,各 30例 ,两组均采用CO2 激光治疗 ,观察组在此基础上加用中药熏洗和斯奇康肌内注射 ,治疗36d后跟踪观察半年 ,治疗前后检测血清IL 2。结果观察组复发率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗后血清IL 2明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论中药结合斯奇康能有效预防尖锐湿疣复发 。Objective To observe the effect of the integrated traditional medicine and western medicine on condyloma acuminatum. Methods Sixty patients with condyloma acuminatum were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated by CO 2 laser. In the experimental group, the patients were given smoking and washing of lesions with Chinese medicinal herbs and intramuscular injection of Siqikang. After treatment for 36 d, patients were followed up for six months. The serum IL-2 of the patients was examined before and after the treatment. ResultsThe relapse rate in the expermental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05) and the serum IL-2 was significantly elevated (P<0.05)Conclusions Our study showed that Chinese medicinal herbs plus Siqikang can effectively prevent the relapse of condyloma acuminatum. Its effects include its local anti-viral action and ability to improve local and general immunity.
