摘 要:目的探讨长时间手术病人受压部位损伤的相关因素及受压局部的变化。方法监测 37例长时间手术病人受压部位所受压力和温度 ,记录手术时间及术毕受压部位损伤情况 ,评价受压部位损伤发生率与局部压力和温度及体位间的关系。结果受压部位损伤的发生率为 5 9.4 6 % ;损伤发生率与局部压力和温度呈显著正相关 (r=0 .5 1、0 .92 ,均P <0 .0 1) ;平卧位与坐位手术损伤发生率比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P =1.0 0 )。受压部位超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于未受压部位 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论手术病人受压部位损伤发生率与手术时间及局部所受压力有关 ,损伤局部存在不同程度的温度变化和再灌注损伤。Objective To study the correlation between the incidence of acute bed sore and local pressure and temperature during prolonged operation.Methods In 37 patients subjected to prolonged operations, the body weight, the pressure and temperature of local pressed part were measured, and the operation time and the damage of the pressed part were recorded. The relation between injury incidence and local pressure and temperature, and posture were evaluated. Results The incidence of injury of the pressed parts was 59.46%. The incidence was positively related to the local pressure and temperature ( r =0.51 and 0.92,respectively, P <0.01 for both). No significant difference ( P =1.00) in the incidence was found between supine position and sitting position. Conclusion The acute bed sore is associated with local pressure and temperature during prolonged operation. The part of bed sore experiences temperature changes and reperfusion injury of various degree.
