摘　　要：目的探讨阴道灌洗方法的优越性,改进妇科手术前阴道准备方法。方法选择妇科拟手术病人136例,随机分成擦洗组和灌洗组各68例,分别于手术前进行阴道擦洗和灌洗,于阴道准备前、后分别取两组宫颈拭子作细菌培养,比较细菌阳性率。结果擦洗组和灌洗组细茵阳性率分别为8.8％、0,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道灌洗法细菌阳性率明显低于阴道擦洗法,且无任何不良反应。Objective To investigate the advantages of vaginal douche method over vaginal scrubing and improve the method for vaginal preparation before gynecologic operation. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients in department of gynecology were selected and randomly divided into two groups: scrubing group (n=68) and douche group (n=68), subjected to vaginal scrubing and vaginal douche before operation. Before and after vaginal preparation, bacterial culture was done and the bacterial positive rate of uterine neck was compared between the two groups. Results The bacterial positive rate in scrubing group and douche group was 8. 8 % and 0, with being significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusions The vaginal douche without any side effects, and the bacterial positive rate was obviously lower than vaginal scrubing.
