早期训练对髋关节与股骨头置换术后病人功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期功能训练对髋关节与股骨头置换术后功能恢复的影响。方法将45例行髋关节和股骨头置换手术的病人随机分为两组,观察组23例采用早期系统训练指导方法,对照组22例采用常规护理方法。结果术后2周及3个月观察组病人关节活动及功能恢复均优于对照组(均P<0.01),并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期功能训练能改善关节功能,减少术后并发症,促进康复。Objective To investigate the effect of early training on the functional recovery after femoral head and hip replacement Methods Forty-five patients undergoing femoral head and hip replacement were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n=23) receiving early rehabilitation training and control groups (n=22) receiving routine nursing care. Results Two weeks and 3 months after operation, the joint mobility and functional recovery in the observation group was superior to those in the control group (both P<0. 01). The incidence of the complications in the observation group was lower than in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Early function training can improve joint function, reduce the postoperative complications and promote the rehabilitation.
