摘　　要：采用三种不同的方法使用复合型新城疫蜂胶灭活疫苗对上笼产蛋鸡进行免疫,并跟踪监测抗体水平,结果表明,产蛋鸡上笼前用复合型新城疫蜂胶灭活疫苗胸肌注射,0.5mL／只,同时使用新城疫Ⅳ苗4倍量饮水,可维持鸡群整个产蛋期的抗体水平。CoND Inactivated Propolis Vaccine was inoculated in layers by three different ways,and test antibody level of ND in different times.The study proved that using 0.5mL per layer before laying through muscular injection on the chest together with attenuated NDⅣ vaccine could made the time of immunity through the whole egg days.
