摘 要:选用1日龄狄高肉公雏252只,以研究蛋氨酸铁生物利用率,基础饲粮含铁138mg/kg,在此基础上,硫酸亚铁及蛋氨酸铁源的铁添加水平分别依次为200,400,600mg/kg,1-7日龄饲喂基础饲粮,8-21日龄饲喂试验饲粮,试验14天。研究结果表明,添加铁源及铁水平不影响肉鸡体重及饲料采食量(P>0.05),但极显著影响肝铁代谢(P<0.01),饲喂基础饲粮的肉鸡,导致血红蛋白显著下降(P<0.05),以对数转换后的肝铁含量为因变量,铁添加水平或日粮铁摄入为自变量建立多元线性回归模式,以硫酸亚铁为参比基础,采用斜率法综合求测肉鸡铁源生物利用率为:硫酸亚铁100%;蛋氨酸铁95%。该项研究表明,在实用饲粮条件下,测定肉鸡2周龄肝铁是铁源生物利用率评定的实用方法。An experiment was conducted to investigate the relative bioavailability of iron methionine(FeMet)with 252 broilers.Dietary Fe from FeSO4·H2O and FeMet were added to the basal diet (Fe 138 mg/kg)were 200,400 and 600mg/ kg,respectively.Broilers was fed the basal diet from one day to 7 day,and fed experimental diets from 8 day during the periods of 14 day.The results indicated that there were no significance between the body weight and feed intake with iron sources or supplemental level (P>0.05), and liver iron metabolism(P<0.01) .decreasing hemoglobin with basal diet (P<0.01).Based on the linear responses between liver Fe of logarithmic transformation and supplemental level or uptake of dietary iron,it can be established to set multiple liner regression. Using liver Fe of logarithmic transformation as the response criterion, slope-ratio calculations established Fe relative bioavailability values of 100% for FeSO4·H2O and 95% for FeMet,respectively.With practical diet,the results showed that liver Fe concentration of chicken at 2 weeks was the practical method of assaying the bioavailability values of iron sources.
