摘　　要：　　记忆缺失性贝类毒素(amnesic shellfish toxin,简称ASP)主要成分软骨藻酸(domoic acid,简称DA)是一种氨基酸类的生理活性物质(图1),因最早从红藻属的树枝软骨藻(chondria armata)分离出来而被命名为软骨藻酸.……A rapid, selective and sensitive LC/ESI - MSn method was developed for the quantitative determination of domoic acid in shellfish. Samples were extracted with methanol - water followed by clean-up of the extracts with strong anion exchange solid phase extraction cartridge(SPE 3 mL LC - SAX) . A reversed phase HPLC using a mobile phase of acetonitrile - water - trifluoroacatic acid( 13:86.9:0.1 % by volume) and an electrospray ionization(ESI) ion-trap mass spectromrter were used for assay. Data of domoic acid for LC/ESI - MS2 were used for quantitation. Data of domoic acid for LC/ESI - MS3 were used for confirmation. The detection limit was ca. 0.2 μg/g.
