摘　　要：在线测试技术在电子线路的性能测试与故障诊断中有着广泛的应用。以VXI总线的计算机为平台,配以各种虚拟仪器卡,构成的通用模拟电路在线测试仪,能够完成对多种电路板中模拟器件的在线故障判别。这里给出了仪器的基本测试原理,系统的硬件电路设计和测试软件设计。The on-line testing technique is used widely in both performance measuring and fault diagnosis. The analog circuit on-line testing instrument based on VXI bus computer can complete the fault diagnosis to many analog components which are in the circuit board with the help of several virtual-instrument cards. It provides the work theory, hardware composed and software design of testing instrument.
