摘  要:介绍了音波振动式全自动筛分仪测量系统。通过实验表明,该仪器测量系统具有操作方便、可靠,自动化程度高等优点。文中阐述了测量原理、机械设计、电路设计和测量软件设计,从而实现碎屑岩颗粒分布的测量。应用多级可选套筛叠放在一起,筛分效率高。经过实际样品测试,此测量系统具有其特有的操作灵活性和实用性。It introduces a sonic-wave vibrating type measuring system working totally automatic by sieving instrument. The experiments show that the system possesses the following characteristics: easy to operate, reliable, high level of automated degree and so on. It presents measuring principles and a series of designs including mechanic, circuit and measuring software. Just on the basis of the above, the measurement of grain size distribution of clastic rocks can be realized. Through stacking multiple-stage changeable sets of sieves, screening efficiency has become higher. With the help of the true sample test, the measuring system has special operation flexibility and practicality.
