摘  要:提出一种简单快速的检测药剂中盐酸苯海拉明含量的停流流动注射在线沉淀-间接原子吸收法。该方法是基于盐酸苯海拉明与Bi14-在线定量连续生成离子对缔合物沉淀,经停流过滤稀释后,以AAS法测定滤液中铋的含量来间接测定盐酸苯海拉明的量。本法相对标准偏差小于3.5%,线性范围为2.5~40μg·ml-1,采样频率60h-1,回收率为98%~103%。A simple and rapid on|line flow injection precipitation flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride(DH) in drug formulations was established. This method was based on continuous precipitation with Bi (Ⅲ)—iodide in acid condition. The precipitate was formed by injecting the Bi(Ⅲ)—iodide into a carrier containing the sample and was subsequently retained on a membrane filter. By a stopped|flow mode with a 15s stopped|flow period, DH can be determined in the range 2.5~40 μg ml^-1 , with a relative standard less than 3.5% and a sampling frequency of 60 h^-1 . When the method is applied to determine DH, it can obtain good result.
