摘 要:介绍一种蓝宝石光纤黑体腔瞬态高温传感器及测试系统。测试系统由蓝宝石光纤传感器、锥度光纤、传光光纤、窄带滤光片、光电探测器、数据采集装置及处理软件组成。将在端部具有黑体腔的蓝宝石光纤装在不锈钢螺塞状的紧凑壳体中,用耐高温有机硅涂料填补间隙防止漏光,系统在氧乙炔焰加热均热金属块熔池附近的恒温区进行静态标定,采用了阶跃上升的CO2激光束对黑体感温腔加热,测量系统的动态响应时间。实验表明该系统响应时间在10-2s数量级,能在恶劣环境的下对800~1900℃瞬态高温进行测量。A sapphire fiber sensor of blackbody cavity for transient temperature measurement is presented. The measuring system consists of sapphire fiber sensor, tapered fiber, transmission optical fiber, narrow bandpass filter, photodetector, data acquisition device and software. The sapphire fiber with a blackbody cavity on the tip is surrounded by a stainless steel compact shell, which is compact and plug screw in shape. The sensor utilizes the high temperature resisting coatings to block the leaking light of the gap. The static calibration of the system is carried out in the thermostatic region, which is close to the molten pit of ingot heated by oxyacetylene flame. To measure the dynamic response time an exciting source of a step-up CO_2 laser beam is used. The experimental results show that the system with a time response on the order of 10^-2 s can be used to measure transient high temperature from 800 to 1900℃ under harsh environment.
