摘　　要：淄博矿业集团在九十年代,遵循市场经济规律,打破传统的建井方式,进行了一系列的科技创新,仅用4.5年时间建成实际生产能力达年产825万吨的现代化矿区,总投资17.9亿元,比概算节约35%。In the 1990s, the group company of Zibo mining industry, following the market law, break ing traditional building well way, depending on scientific and technical innovation has fulfilled the modernized mining area in 4.5 years. The actual production capacity of mining area has reached 8,250,000t/a. The total investment is 1790 million yuan, which is 35% less than general estimate.
