摘　　要：结合啤酒发酵自动监控系统项目的开发,详细介绍了在自由口模式下,S7-200 PLC 如何与计算机实现串行通信的工作机制与特性,重点介绍了通信协议及其实现方法,并给出了部分关键程序。实际应用表明,该设计简单实用,性能可靠,对其他同类型的控制系统的设计有一定的借鉴作用。Serial communication mechanism and characteristic between S7-200 PLC and computer based on free port mode in the project of beer fermentation monitoring system are introduced.It also analyses the context of the communication protocol and its implementation method and some key programs.Practical application shows this scheme is simple and practicable.Also,the reliable performance of communication accords with the field requirement and the scheme has a reference value to develop the same kind of the control system.
